• Powers: Condition Red refers to himself as a Chaos Artist. He is a crack shot. He is also capable of teleportation, and apparently can travel between dimensions in the Bleed.

Very little is known about Condition Red. He has been an adventurer for some time, the WildC.A.T Max Cash using the codename for his own for a short period in the mid 90s. He has some level of history with Jackson King and Christine Trelane, as born out by his conversation with King. He certainly owes King, as King rescued him from somebody named Doc Osiris. He apparently expressed a desire to be part of King and Trelane's plan, but is somewhat laxadasic about following King's orders.
