Formation of Stormwatch

Following the Despot incident, the United Nations forms Stormwatch, the United Nations Crisis Intervention Team. Over the next three years, the parts are put into place, as a huge orbiting station, Skywatch is built, and three superhumans: Batallion(Jackson King), Nautika(Maya Royko), and Flashpoint(Foster McClane) are trained by Backlash(Marc Slayton). hnery Bendix, a Team one Alumnus, is apponted Weatherman, overall commander of Stormwatch.
